GW Notes: I've not played Bear Creek Golf Course but have a buddy who plays there a couple of times a year. Good things to say he has, and the location in the Methow Valley is serene indeed. Their website touts the following: "Tucked away in the foothills of the beautiful Methow Valley is this golfing jewel. The beauty of the natural surroundings provides a perfect setting for this challenging 9-hole golf course. Those who choose to play 18 holes are quite impressed with the variety offered by the unique placement of back 9 tees" Since I can't speak to the "jewel" proclamation, you'll have to play Bear Creek and decide for yourself.
